Booked the hotel for its great location right by stores, and the main areas. The breakfast was superb with a wide array of goodies. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Leon.

Friendly personnel, safe and underground garage, convenient location near bus stations and a big mall, great facilities including a pool.

This hotel is conveniently located in one of the best areas, close to a big mall and near the center of town. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, with plenty of USB plugs for convenience. The staff provides prompt and kind service, and the breakfast is excellent with a good variety of options. Some rooms even offer a view of the indoor pool, adding to the pleasant stay experience.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast is not included in the price, which can be a disappointment considering the hotel's higher cost.

I appreciated that the hotel was 28 minutes drive from the airport. The venue room was nice and excellent with a 55 inch tv.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Leon. The staff were incredibly helpful, even going as far as jump starting a guest's car with a flat battery using their own vehicle. The waiters were attentive and went above and beyond to assist my disabled mother-in-law. The cleaners were friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt like home. The room I stayed in was amazing, spacious, and well-equipped, with a great coffee machine and handmade chocolates. The bathroom was impressively spacious, and the walk-in shower was a highlight. The hotel's breakfast was brilliant, and the pool area and gym were also great amenities. The location of the hotel was in a safe area, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores within walking distance. The Blue Bar downstairs had a fantastic craft beer selection at reasonable prices. The coffee on our floor was some of the best I've ever had, and it was accompanied by pastries and fruit. With my positive experience at this hotel, I would definitely consider coming back again. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and wonderful amenities.

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even helped jumpstart a car with a flat battery using their own car. The waiters were attentive and went out of their way to assist my disabled mother-in-law. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like home.

One downside was that the staff seemed to lack the warm welcome we were expecting. Their service felt more like a 3-star hotel in US standards, rather than a luxury hotel.

Although the buffet had a good selection, I would have liked to see more North American styled food options. However, I understand the precautions and will definitely be back to visit Leon in the future.
